Hello. I'm Raman Minhas and have supported over $100M of transactions across medtech, biotech and digital health. These include VC rounds, angels, R&D collaborations, partnering and soft funding.I've worked with multiple startups - both in house and as an advisor to CEOs and boards.I've lived through 4 downturns or recessions and seen the ups and downs of funding cycles (my trial by fire was in the dot-com crash, 2000-2). So I understand the rollercoaster ride and challenges.Previously, an investment bank analyst, and medical doctor (ER in UK).For every startup, I look through the lens of (i) is it good for patients, and (ii) can you make it into a business. Maybe I can help your startup?Outside of work, I walk and cycle a bit, practice tai chi, and listen to jazz (1970s Japanese jazz anyone?)

There are 3 ways I can help you:1. Fundraising Audit (£1K): A one-time deep dive into your pitch, deck, and strategy with actionable recommendations. 2-4 calls over 1 month.2. Fundraising Strategist (£1.5K/month): Ongoing support and coaching for refining the narrative, investor targeting and outreach campaigns.3. Bespoke Consultancy (typically £8-10k): In-depth review and build of key investor materials fit for data room (e.g. business model, financial model, competitor review, market scoping).I work with up to 3 clients at any time. Your startup is unique - so my focus is to give clients bespoke and in-depth support.
